Brighton-based Encore Energy Systems Inc. (OTC: ENCS) Monday projected positive earnings per share by the end of 2008 based on a sales pipeline of $225 million.
The company has approximately 38 million shares issued and outstanding, and says it does not plan to substantially modify its capital structure or conduct a reverse or forward stock split.The company said it's now expecting 5 cents per share earnings by the end of 2008.
The company also said it has acquisitions under consideration that, if completed, will increase revenue by $5 million a year or more. Should the company succeed in completing these new acquisitions, earnings for 2008 may be higher.
Encore Energy System offers a patented grey-water geothermal heating and cooling system sold through its geothermal marketing unit, DeMarco Energy Systems of America Inc.
